In this package, you are assigned a personal coordinator that will begin with the planning of your wedding to match your dreams with the available budget and help with the selection of the vendors that will take part in your special day. Your coordinator will then work with your chosen vendors to plan and execute every last detail on your special day. Every decision is still yours, it is just our duty to help you get the best value for your dollar and execute a plan so that all vendors are working as one for your dream day. Your personal coordinaot will be with you the entire weekend to orchestrate the plan so that you and your family may enjoy your wedding instead of working it. 

An event coordinator is a person that you employ to help you plan, organize, and execute your wedding from start to finish. A coordinator doesn't just tell you how to do it, but rather does the work with and for you. Since most people have extremely busy lives, especially brides and grooms, they may become overwhelmed and frustrated when they are planning their special day. Hiring a coordinator/wedding planner can ease or even eliminate the frustrations and workload associated with having a wedding. During the day of the wedding, a coordinator makes sure the ceremony and reception are set, the flowers are in place, the photographer and videographer are ready, the cake is set, the DJ has shown up, the wait staff is ready, and transportation of the flowers from the wedding to the reception hall is choreographed. Throughout the day you only need to contact one person to make sure that the special photographs are taken, the DJ plays the right song, and the special food request is taken care of. In general, your coordinator will be there to take care of any problem and provide you with an answer for any one of your questions that arise.
