Steve fed 3,000 people in a 7-course sitdown dinner at Penn State while working for Penn State Catering. The dinner's purpose was to honor Bryce Jordan and his wife, Jonelle, for their commitment and dedication towards Penn State during his time as president of the university.
Steve's Mindset
Working for the Walt Disney World Company has played a significant part in Steve's mindset on customer service. He implements the "ideals of Disney customer service" in his company. Disney taught him to understand the diversity of people, which is why we pride ourselves in custom menus and layouts for every client.
